Perfect AAA UK Replica Omega Speedmaster Watches Enthusiasts Gathered In Japan

Last week, our first Speedy Tuesday event of 2023 took place in Japan. It was a one-day event in the beautiful Nicolas G. Hayek Center building in Ginza, Tokyo. Besides sharing our passion for the most iconic chronograph in the world, we were treated to a special presentation by Omega on Speedmaster dials. We also received a thorough explanation of the Spirate technology that debuted earlier this year in the cheap replica Omega Speedmaster Super Racing watches. Although the event was in Tokyo, some guests came from abroad to enjoy this special day with other Speedmaster fans.

Speedy Tuesday began in 2012 with a wrist shot of a Speedmaster while I was on holiday in Cannes. I shared the wrist shot on social media and put “Speedy Tuesday” as the caption. It got me thinking that this was an excellent working title, which prompted a weekly series on Speedmasters every Tuesday here on Fratello. After gaining traction in the community, it resulted in two UK 1:1 fake Omega Speedmaster Speedy Tuesday limited edition watches in 2017 and 2018.

In the past 11 years, we’ve published over 600 articles covering Speedmaster-related topics. As you may know, we’ve also been holding Speedy Tuesday events where collectors can meet up, talk about their high quality Omega replica watches, and see Speedmaster models they haven’t seen before. Additionally, when Omega takes part in the event, guests can get in touch directly with the ones who designed or developed their watches.

Speedy Tuesday in Tokyo

With approximately 70 guests in attendance, we had a wonderful day in sunny Ginza, Tokyo. In the Nicolas G. Hayek Center, where you can find most Swatch Group brands, there is a dedicated floor for events like ours. Shigeru Ban designed this building along with the Swatch HQ and the Cité du Temps in Biel.

Omega Japan’s Brand Manager Mari Pinçon welcomed all of the guests in Japanese, then I shared a few words before handing over the microphone to Gregory Kissling, Vice President, Product at Omega. Gregory gave an elaborate explanation of the Speedmaster Super Racing Spirate technology. After this rather technical part of the afternoon, he followed up with an extensive overview of luxury Omega Speedmaster copy watches dials. In it, Gregory covered the production process of everything from the more common brass dials to the aluminum dial of the 2018 Ultraman and very exclusive materials like meteorite, onyx, and gold.

Another huge treat was seeing so many Speedmaster enthusiasts and the best Omega replica watches they brought. Below, you’ll find an overview of some of the watches we saw that day.

Speedmaster eye candy for all

It was great to see so much variety, from vintage pieces to the latest Speedmaster editions. Panda/reverse panda dials and special/limited editions seemed to be the most popular models, though. After the presentations and Q&A sessions, the guests had time to explore all the watches that Omega brought. Along with several models to try on, there was a multitude of Swiss movements Omega Speedmaster fake watches on display that Gregory Kissling mentioned in his presentation on dial making.

In addition to many top Omega Speedmaster super clone watches, we spotted a beautiful Seamaster “Anakin Skywalker” on the wrist of one of Omega’s technicians. This 44.5mm reference 145.023 was produced in the 1970s and is powered by the famous caliber 861.

Before heading to a fantastic restaurant in the Ginza area, we took a group photo with most of the Speedy Tuesday Tokyo 2023 event participants.

We wish to extend a big thank you to Omega HQ, Omega Japan, and everyone who attended the Speedy Tuesday Tokyo 2023 event. We can’t wait to see you at the next one!

Buying Vintage High Quality Swiss Omega Speedmaster Professional Replica Watches UK: Now Is The Time

We’re not all lucky enough to have been able to buy the top Omega replica watches we wanted 20 years (or longer) ago. Everything has become much more expensive, not only watches, of course. But what if you want to own a vintage Omega Speedmaster today?

There’s good news and bad news. Let’s start with the bad news. Any Speedmaster with caliber 321 is, in collector’s condition, priced above €10,000. Even the last generation (reference 145.012-67) now commands a five-digit price. It’s a pity because a vintage caliber-321-powered luxury UK fake Omega Speedmaster (Professional) watches from the 1960s was, at least to purists, the watch that went to the Moon. For a long time, considering its historical significance, it was also an incredibly affordable chronograph.

Vintage Omega Speedmasters from the 1970s and 1980s

In the last decade or so, the demand for Speedmasters has drastically risen. Consequently, it has affected enthusiasts’ chances of buying a vintage Speedmaster with that famous column-wheel movement or even getting their hands on other special or limited editions. It’s also clear that the standard modern Omega Speedmaster Professional has seen greater demand and has rapidly increased in price in the past three years.

So, what do you do if you’d like a vintage Omega Speedmaster Professional that won’t break the bank? With the market for collectible cheap Swiss replica Omega watches softening slightly, prices for a nice caliber-861-powered Speedmaster Professional from the 1970s seem to have stabilized (for now). This might be the time to start your search for a Speedmaster Professional 145.022 in good condition. There are still plenty of these around with untouched and undamaged cases and bezels, for example.

For less than the retail price of the current Moonwatch

For less than (or, at least, the same as) the retail price of a modern Speedmaster Professional with caliber 3861, you should be able to find a Speedmaster Professional reference 145.022 in collector’s condition. I receive numerous emails from people looking for a birth-year Speedmaster, and many of those years land somewhere in the 1970s.

In that decade, the 1:1 online Omega Speedmaster Professional copy watches was simply one main reference — 145.022 — but it came in several iterations. The early 1970s models continued to have the famous step dial that we also saw in previous references. These early ’70s models included reference 145.022-69 (1971–1974) with the straight-writing engraving on the case back, as well as the 145.022-71 that was produced at the same time, already with the modern “Flight-Qualified by NASA for all manned space missions” engraving on the case back.

To clarify, the 145.022-69 had already come out in 1969 with case backs that only featured the hippocampus engraving. Some of these iterations were simultaneously in Omega’s catalog, which is unthinkable today, I would say.

Vintage Omega Speedmaster Professional 145.022 models

Some people think that the designator in the reference number (145.022-xx) has something to do with the production year, but that’s not entirely correct. Not every year has a unique designator, so searching for a 145.022-75 or 145.022-77 as a birth-year Speedmaster is pointless. Rather, Omega used these designators when Omega Speedmaster replica watches for sale received some sort of update. With the introduction of the Speedmaster Professional 145.022-74 (in 1975, mind you) Omega dropped the step dial for the iconic Moonwatch, only to see a return in 2018 with the Speedmaster Speedy Tuesday Ultraman and in the current Moonwatch references since 2021.

An example of a minor change resulting in a new iteration is the Speedmaster Pro with reference 145.022-76, which simply has a slight change in typography on the dial. The “S” in “Speedmaster” became longer than it was with the predecessors. This was subsequently replaced in 1979 by the reference 145.022-78 when Omega changed case manufacturers (Huguenin Frères ceased to exist). For those searching for a birth-year watch from the 1980s, that iteration was dropped in 1981/1982, and it was just reference 145.0022 until it became reference 3590.50 in 1988 when Omega changed its coding system for reference numbers. This often leads to confusion since “145.022” can still be found engraved on the inside of the case back. That’s because 145.022 became the reference number for the steel case itself, like a part number.

Exceptions with exceptional prices

Not all wholesale fake Omega Speedmaster Professional watches with reference 145.022 are priced the same. It depends on the production year, but mainly, it’s about the execution and the condition. A 145.022 with a straight-text engraving on the case back (-69 iteration) will fetch more than a later 145.022-71. But a 145.022-71 with no text at all on the case back — the so-called “Non-NASA” models, which are very rare — will fetch more than the 145.022-69 with straight text. The step-dial models are also somewhat more popular than the later (post-1975) models unless the condition of the latter is impeccable. When you add boxes and papers, it becomes a different game.

A Speedmaster 145.022-76 from 1978

A nice example of the least interesting best replica Omega Speedmaster Professional 145.022 watches is this one from 1978 (reference 145.022-76). “Least interesting” refers to its characteristics — this one has no Dot-Over-Ninety bezel, no step dial, no applied logo, etc. However, it’s simply in wonderful condition with the original 1171/633 bracelet (the first iteration with screwed links, not the 1171/1 replacement bracelet that came later) and with a nice creamy-looking patina on the hour markers.

This watch was initially delivered to Colombia in 1978, and based on the extract information, it was in the same batch as my very own 145.022-76. This watch is currently for sale at Davidoff Brothers in Geneva for CHF 6,500.

Speedmaster 145.0022 from 1988

If you were born 10 years later, in 1988, and are looking for a birth-year watch, our friends from Bulang & Sons have a beautiful AAA China super clone Omega Speedmaster Professional 145.0022 watches for sale. This one has the 145.022 case number engraved on the inside of the case back (see below).

This particular watch comes on the bracelet reference 1447, similar to the 1450 used on several models (including the Speedmaster Moonphase) during that time. The tritium material on the hour markers has taken on a beautiful yellowish tone. The price of this example is €5,950, and you can find it here.

Speedmaster 145.022-71 from the early 1970s

For many collectors, a more pleasing reference would be one with a step dial. Here’s a 145.022-71, the last vintage iteration to have a step dial. It’s offered by Brussels Vintage Watches and comes with the original reference 1171 bracelet, just like the 1978 model above.

The tritium hour markers and hands are discolored, and the watch is in worn but good condition. Also, with an asking price of €6,250, this model is available for less than a brand-new Moonwatch. The same seller also has several 1990s Swiss movements replica Omega Speedmaster Professional reference 3590.50 watches on offer for around €5,000.

The well might be drying up sooner than later

When I started buying and collecting Omega Speedmaster fake watches site in the late 1990s, the supply of 1960s Speedmasters — 145.012, for example — with caliber 321 was nothing to worry about. You could find honest pieces, meaning that they hadn’t been tampered with, without putting too much effort into the hunt. But that well has dried up in the past decade, for sure. The same will happen to good pieces from the 1970s and 1980s, for which the production number was probably relatively low compared to the decade before. I am sure that the supply of good, honest pieces will continue to dwindle.

Now that the prices of the 1970s and 1980s models in good or collectible condition are below the current retail price, they are very nice and realistic alternatives to a new one (or perhaps even preferable if you love vintage watches). Finding one that comes with its box and papers might be tough, though. In those years, not all customers were interested in bringing those boxes home as they didn’t see much value in them. Best quality Omega Speedmaster Professional replica watches from the 1990s, such as references 3590.50 and 3592.50, are easier to find as a full set. Also, those come with the nice 1479 bracelet, which Omega used as inspiration for the current Speedmaster bracelet. The tritium dials of the 1990s models (until 1997) also tend to turn yellowish over time, which does look nice.

The New UK 2023 Luxury Fake Omega MoonSwatch Mission To Neptune Moonshine Gold Watches Are Only Sold For One Day

Fans of Omega’s high-low collaboration with Swiss fashion watchmaker Swatch can now look forward to yet another release under the MoonSwatch collection, with the debut of the top UK replica Omega MoonSwatch Mission to Neptune Moonshine Gold watches colourway.

In commemoration of the impending Blue Moon astrological phenomenon that is set to take place this week, the best Swiss fake Omega MoonSwatch Mission to Neptune Moonshine Gold watches is meant to also serve as a sequel to last year’s edition.

This also marks the newest addition to the high quality replica Omega Mission to Moonshine MoonSwatch Gold watches for 2023 overall, with slight tweaks on the collection’s aesthetic recipe being offered in each fresh revamp.

Meet the new MoonSwatch Mission to Neptune Moonshine Gold watch

This includes everything from the addition of recycled gold plating, a secretly engraved number ‘3’, to pink accents and even a print made using traditional Swiss lanterns on the second needle of each varying edition. With that said, the case itself has remained the same overall, paying homage to the black seen on the original 1:1 online copy Omega MoonSwatch watches.

For the MoonSwatch Mission to Neptune Moonshine Gold however, the watchmakers have elected to represent the parallels between blue moons and the MoonSwatch by means of using the Neptune colourway. Cast in a 42mm diameter case made of Swatch’s signature Bioceramic material, the Omega replica watches wholesale also features a black strap with matching Neptune blue accents.

Naturally, being a Moonshine Gold Omega super clone watches for men, the chronograph also features a second needle plated using recycled gold sourced from a certified refinery that has worked in partnership with Swatch for the project. And to add to the lunar connection, each Swiss movements Omega Speedmaster replica watches sold will come with a certificate to confirm that the second needle was indeed crafted under the spell of a full moon. The jury’s out on whether any lycanthrope abilities are conferred to the wearer, though.

With that said, expect strong demand for the perfect fake Omega MoonSwatch Mission to Neptune Moonshine Gold watches, as in the case with its predecessors, this limited-edition design will only be sold for approximately one day. You can purchase yours on August 30 across all Swatch boutiques globally, if the odds are in your favour.

Where Have You Gone, AAA Online Fake Omega Limited-Edition Speedmaster Professional Watches UK?

It’s hard to believe that 2019 was the last time we had luxury replica Omega limited-edition Speedmaster Professional watches. Before that year, a new Speedy was practically an annual expectation. And then, poof, life as we knew it changed. Many cheered, and some were saddened. I was formerly in the middle, but now I miss this yearly occasion…

Back when Baselworld was the big mainstream watch event, it was a treasure trove of novelties. Big brands like Rolex and Patek Philippe brought their newest wares, as did smaller companies like Sinn. It was a lot of fun to hypothesize about what would come every year and then be surprised both positively and negatively. Within the melee, though, there was almost always one constant — the limited-edition UK cheap Omega Speedmaster fake watches. For sure, some years were predictable due to a large space-related anniversary, while other years were tied to an Omega or Speedy-related milestone. Regardless, we looked forward to it and how the brand would adapt the Professional model to some new color or material.

The limited-edition Speedmaster series started in 1969

Before the modern limited-edition Speedmaster series of high quality Omega replica watches began, the first special Speedmaster Professional debuted in 1969 with the BA145.022. Omega made 1,014 of these models, presented them to astronauts, and sold the remainder to the public. It’s fitting that the last limited-edition model was based on the same theme. The Moonshine Gold Apollo 11 (and its steel and Moonshine Gold companion) ended the run in 2019. During these 50 years (and using this helpful site), I count at least 80 different limited-edition Speedmaster models. Some were incredibly limited, while others like the Apollo 11 30th Anniversary model rolled out 9,999 pieces.

The typical model and ushering in modern changes

When I think of limited-edition Speedies, the models that come to mind first are the 1997 “mission patch” pieces. These were incredibly popular when I was first getting into Swiss movements Omega copy watches, and it felt like they were everywhere. Admittedly, in the beginning, I thought they were a bit “cheesy” and even a little illegible, but I’ve softened my stance. They’re cool, and I enjoy the colors.

Things changed in 2004 with the limited-edition Speedmaster Apollo 11 35th Anniversary model. This panda-dial piece was the first modern step away from the Missions editions, and it’s a beauty. My dad picked up a used version years ago for a song, and I wrote about it way back in 2017. I love it because of the dial colors (they’re very different for a Speedy Pro) and because it set the stage for a lot of interesting upcoming models. Omega became far more creative with releases like the Gemini IV 40th Anniversary in 2005 and the fabulous Alaska Project from 2008. Plus, the models began to use better packaging, came with accessories (especially the Alaska edition), and felt more expensive.

A miss here and there along with unique materials

Of course, Omega didn’t always score an undisputed win with its limited-edition Omega Speedmaster replica watches wholesale. One of the most controversial among them was the 2012 Apollo 17 40th Anniversary with its coin-like dial. This model languished in display cases, but here again, I’ve come to appreciate it for being so different. When Omega went funky with its LEs, sometimes things got really wild. The 2014 Apollo 11 45th Anniversary is quite possibly one of the coolest models because it was crafted from titanium. Yes, a Speedmaster Professional with a modern titanium case! All in all, the limited-edition 1:1 China Omega super clone watches provided a platform for Omega to experiment with its most beloved model.

Things have changed since 2019

I cannot help but love our first Speedy Tuesday Edition from 2017. It marked the first time that Omega sold a limited-edition model online, and it proved to be a resounding success. I think it also coincided with a real change in the watch market where people began to go crazy for limited and special pieces. It became more and more challenging to purchase replica Omega watches for sale from certain brands, and, as we know, nothing has changed much since that time. For Speedmaster collectors, I think watches like the Speedy Tuesday and its follow-up were exciting but also frustrating. Some core collectors felt as if they were suddenly in a queue with flippers, and perhaps it stung. Perhaps this FOMO-type behavior even helped foreshadow the end of limited-edition Speedmaster models at Omega.

Remembering the memes and complainers

It’s also important to remember that there were plenty of detractors when it came to the announcement of limited-edition Omega Speedmaster fake watches shop. Even as far back as five years ago, Instagram meme artists enjoyed a poke at Omega with jokes about how the brand was beating a dead horse. We also received our fair share of comments from those who were crying uncle and wishing that Omega would focus on another model. On the latter front, I think Omega has certainly made good on improving its entire model line.

Where are we now?

These days, Omega has a better serial-production Speedmaster Professional lineup than ever. The 3861 movement is fabulous, the bracelet is wonderful, and the overall quality is superb. Plus, we have precious metals again. While there are no limited-edition models, the Apollo 13 50th Anniversary Snoopy is special edition Omega replica watches site with a lengthy waiting list. Add to that the fact that some ADs have not received the gold models more than one year after their release, and it begs a serious question: could Omega even handle making a limited-edition Speedmaster today?

Final thoughts

Honestly, I miss the old days of being able to count on a limited-edition Speedmaster on a near-annual basis. It was comforting and always exciting to see how Omega would innovate and respectfully tweak this legendary luxury fake Omega watches. I always approached it with trepidation — one part based on the hope that I would like it and the other hoping I wouldn’t to protect my bank account. But again, it was fun.

Differences In UK Perfect Online Replica Omega Speedmaster Watches Bezels

Does the term “Dot Over Ninety (DON) bezel” ring a bell? When it comes to collecting or buying UK best Omega Speedmaster replica watches, it’s all in the details. After bringing back the beloved DON bezel on the Speedmaster Speedy Tuesday “Ultraman” in 2018, Omega started doing so more often. The Apollo 11 models from 2019 also have this feature, as do the 2020 Silver Snoopy Award 50th Anniversary and the Speedmaster Calibre 321. Then, in 2021, the standard cheap Swiss fake Omega Speedmaster Professional Moonwatches also received the DON bezel. There’s also the very rare “220” misprint bezel, which you can find on some of the Speedmaster Professional ref. 145.022-69 models from 1970. And these are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Speedmaster bezels.

When buying a pre-owned or vintage Speedmaster, whether the bezel is original or not often comes into question. With modern high quality replica Omega Speedmaster watches, it’s not very difficult to determine. Vintage Speedmasters, though, can have different bezels. The very first Omega Speedmasters had all-steel bezels (with no aluminum insert) and came in two iterations starting with “300”. Both bezels were used for the Speedmaster CK2915, however, only the version with the round “3” could also be found in the last CK2915-3 iterations. The CK2915-1 and CK2915-2 had both iterations of the steel bezel. Regarding later bezels with a black aluminum inlay, though, it’s a bit more complicated as there are more variations.

How do you identify the correct Speedmaster bezel?

To be honest, it isn’t that easy. Some collectors pay attention to the printing, fonts, and whether “TACHYMETRE” has a grave accent on the first E (È) or not. Other key identifiers are the scale and the dots. The dots positioned next to, below, or under the number can also help you to identify whether the bezel is correct for the luxury copy Omega Speedmaster Professional watches.

Looking at the picture (Ashley Budgen’s Speedmaster Professional with caliber 321), you will see that “TACHYMÈTRE” has a grave accent over the first “E. Next, you’ll see the dot over 90, as well as the dot next to the 70, positioned at its lower right.

I like to use the following “chart” that our friend RichardEW (see his Speedy Tuesday contribution here) created for his fellow Speedmaster collectors. It divides Speedmaster bezels into three categories.

From the mid-1990s to 2020

Those seem easy to understand, right? Well, there are still quite a few variations on the bezels. Nevertheless, the ones above give a good idea of how to identify the correct bezel for a Speedmaster in a certain production period. For example, some of the limited-edition Omega Speedmaster replica watches with Swiss movements seem to have different printing and dot positions. Also, for the regular Speedmaster models, there are still some differences in the printing of the words and numerals that make it possible to identify them a bit more accurately. More specific details are excellently described in Moonwatch Only, the Speedmaster bible by Rossier and Marquié (you can order a copy here).

The modern tachymeter bezel

The Omega Speedmaster Professional (2021) and Speedmaster Calibre 321 (2020) received the Dot Over Ninety bezel, matching the pre-1970s bezels as depicted above. Omega used these bezels on the original 105.003 (inspiration for the 2020 Speedmaster Calibre 321) and the 105.012 (inspiration for the current Moonwatch). The danger for vintage Omega fake watches for sale might be in the use of this modern bezel as a replacement part. Above, you will see that the dots on the 200 and 225 are slightly more to the right than on the original bezels. You will also find the center strokes in the E to be shorter on the original bezels. The new bezels have an E with all three horizontal strokes of the same length.

There are also some Speedmaster bezels with different scales (telemeter in miles and kilometers, pulsations, decimal). In the (distant) past, customers could order their top Omega Speedmaster super clone watches with a specific bezel.

Is it very important to have the correct Speedmaster bezel?

Contrary to what I wrote in the original article in 2013, correct wholesale Omega Speedmaster replica watches parts make a huge difference these days. Original bezels are often in poor condition with a damaged black aluminum inlay, and prices are still well above €500. Early Dot Over Ninety bezels (1962/1963–1970) in good condition can easily cost over €2,000. Just beware of fake bezels if you’re in the market for one. On Speedmaster101, you will find a great guide on buying spare Speedmaster bezels.

Chasing Nostalgia: A Test Of The Swiss Cheap Omega Speedmaster Racing Replica Watches UK

The luxury replica Omega Speedmaster Racing Chronometer watches is in gear for a new generation of fans. We tested the current Speedmaster with a retro-inspired dial and the latest in watchmaking technology under the hood.

The top UK fake Omega Speedmaster Racing Master Chronometer watches, may not have been on the moon, but it is nevertheless a thoroughly convincing watch: its sporty yet elegant design offers excitement without being polarizing; its components are of high quality without unduly raising the price; and its movement’s technology can be described as ingenious.

The Speedmaster Racing that we tested comes with a distinctive minutes circle along the edge of the dial, inspired by the checkered flags used to signal the end of a race. These “Racing Dials” with bicolor markers to show fractions of a second first appeared on an Omega model in 1968. They became famous in 1969, the year of the first moon landing, when Omega unveiled the Mark II as a modern development of the high quality Omega Speedmaster replica watches. The brand revived the Mark II in 2014, followed in 2017 by the Speedmaster Racing Master Chronometer that we scrutinized in this test.

OMEGA AND THE “RACING DIAL:”

“Master Chronometer,” the final words in this model’s name, stands for an Omega movement of the latest generation that combines various quality features and certificates. Indeed, manufacture chronograph Caliber 9900 offers so many technical advantages that it’s not easy to summarize them all. It runs extremely precisely thanks to best Omega copy watches’ own coaxial escapement, which has an especially complex shaped lever and escape wheel. Two serially switched barrels keep this movement running for 60 consecutive hours without a transfusion of fresh energy. It runs with low wear thanks to a silicon hairspring, DLC-coated barrels, a newly calculated tooth system on the gears, special lubricants, and a rotor that glides atop ceramic bearings. And the use of exclusively anti-magnetic materials assures that this caliber remains blithely unimpressed by all the magnetic fields that can occur in daily life.

Ever since the introduction of the manufacture line in 2007, perfect Omega replica watches has followed its own special paths with the decorations, thus assuring that its calibers prove their exceptional status at first glance. The rotor, as well as the bridges on the back side of the movement, are not only plated with rhodium, but also are engraved with a special decorative pattern called “côtes de Genève en arabesque.” Moreover, the bridges have beveled and polished edges. These flat parts are held in place by blackened screws that match the color of the balance and the two barrels, which are visible along the periphery of the movement. Furthermore, the engravings on the bridges and rotors are filled with red lacquer.

Also not to be overlooked: all of the abovementioned technologies and decorations are housed in a very neatly crafted stainless-steel case with a ceramic bezel and two curved sapphire crystals, and the entire ensemble retails for just $8,450. Here again, Swiss movements Omega super clone watches, with support from its parent company, the Swatch Group, has spared no effort in developmental work. The tachymeter scale along the bezel is fabricated from Liquidmetal, a patented material that’s poured into the milled indentations while still molten, allowed to harden, and then matte polished on its upper surface. Ceramic has a greater surface hardness, so polishing the Liquidmetal leaves no unwanted tool marks or other traces on the ceramic. This method allows 1:1 replica Omega watches to give the bezel a completely smooth scale consisting of both polished ceramic and matte metal.

If you look for a fly in the ointment regarding the high-quality, complex-shaped, partially polished and partially satin-finished case, then you will find the sunken crown, which can only be pulled out by stout-heartedly using your fingernails. This issue could have been avoided if a screw-down crown had been used: after such a crown is unscrewed, the pressure of a spring automatically pushes it outward from the case. If AAA China fake Omega watches had opted for a screw-down crown, this model may also have achieved pressure resistance to more than just 50 meters.

The push-pieces, on the other hand, can be operated flawlessly. They demand a bit of force, but their pressure points are well chosen and, fortunately, the same for both buttons. It’s just as convenient to operate the secure folding clasp, which opens on one side only. This sturdy and functional component, with which the wearer can adjust the wristband’s overall length, rounds out the good impression made by the high-quality leather strap and by the Omega replica watches for sale as a whole.

Our test shows that the wholesale fake Omega Speedmaster Racing watches certainly has what it takes to win over a watch enthusiast, who will surely enjoy this new timepiece and hardly ever be disappointed with its performance.

RJ’s GADA Watch — The Best Quality Fake Omega Speedmaster Calibre 321 Watches UK

Sometimes I am jealous of people who have just one watch. However, that almost seems like something from the distant past since it’s so common to have more than one watch these days. Even if you’re not a watch collector or enthusiast, you probably have cheap Omega replica watches that is dear to you because you received it from someone special or a watch that you bought because of its design. And alongside that one, you’ll likely also have, for example, a smartwatch that you use for workouts or other things.

There are not many one-watch people anymore

A friend of mine was a typical one-watch guy. He bought himself a Rolex Explorer II in the early 2000s, and that was it. And he wore it every single day until he got his luxury UK fake Omega Speedmaster Speedy Tuesday watches back in 2017. Honestly, he only seldom wears that Speedmaster and still enjoys his Rolex Explorer II 16570 daily. For him, it’s the watch he can always enjoy, no matter what activity he’s doing.

And that’s the thing that can make a GADA watch very different to you than to me, for example. Now, unlike Lex or Nacho, I don’t live a very active life. I mainly work, go to work-related events, try to be at home with my family, try to walk a few holes on the golf course (but often fail miserably due to traveling), support my daughter with her field hockey games, and travel quite a bit for Fratello. Once per year — twice at most — I have some holidays with the family.

Unlike my colleagues, I don’t enjoy riding a bicycle, hiking, or swimming (hence why any certain level of water resistance isn’t a “must” for me). I agree that it is not the healthiest lifestyle, but I am quite good at resisting alcohol, smoking, and long nights of partying during events. I will use my bike a bit more often from now on, cut down on sugar and eating in general, and do some more walking to change for the better.

My GADA contenders in gold

Where was I? Ah, yes, what does this have to do with my pick for a “Go Anywhere, Do Anything” watch? Well, I don’t ask a lot from my Swiss made replica Omega watches when it comes to specifications. I want it to be accurate (enough) and versatile, and I need to be able to wear it everywhere I travel. Oh, and even more importantly, it needs to have a great design.

Now, I favor gold over steel these days, so I thought about being a bit snobbish and writing that my 18K yellow gold Rolex Day-Date on a President bracelet or my high quality copy Omega Speedmaster Professional Apollo 11 “Moonshine” watches from 2019 would be my perfect GADA watch. Frankly, I have been wearing the gold Speedmaster like there’s no tomorrow (and it shows), and I never have any issues with it whatsoever. The Day-Date hasn’t gotten me into trouble either, but it has been recognized by other (non-watch) people more than once. While it has always been in a good way, it doesn’t strike me as a watch that I can wear everywhere I go for business travel or pleasure. The gold Speedmaster gets recognized less often, but since it’s gold, it’s still a risk in some places or situations.

A steel option

So, with a little bit of pain in my heart, I rule out anything gold. Another watch that could be perfect for daily wear is a Rolex Datejust. I only have a four-digit vintage model in my collection, but a nice Datejust ref. 16234 would tick a lot of boxes. Then again, this perfect Omega replica watches is also too recognizable. It’s not so for where I live or work, but it’s not a watch I’d just wear when traveling to certain places. That said, in my opinion, it is one of the best contenders to be a GADA watch.

With a strong design, rock-solid build quality, a great movement, and the Jubilee bracelet, it is one of the most comfortable watches out there. However, if you can’t even wear a Datejust for safety reasons, it basically rules out any Rolex. And I do wear my Rolex watches, but I try to be sensible when picking one. Unfortunately, I have to give a bit of thought to where I’m going that day or week to get it out of my external safe. It’s a sad reality but a reality nonetheless.

A great contender for my GADA watch is the regular top replica Omega Speedmaster Professional watches. It was actually my GADA watch for several years before I started Fratello in 2004. As I said, I don’t need water resistance because I don’t usually swim. I only swim when I’m on holiday, but I can just leave the watch in the hotel safe then. I don’t need a watch when swimming.

My GADA watch is the Omega Speedmaster Calibre 321

In my opinion, one of the best 1:1 Omega Speedmaster replica watches, aside from the Moonshine Gold model, is the Speedmaster Calibre 321. During our Speedmaster World Cup series in 2020, in which our readers voted for the most desirable Speedmaster, the Calibre 321 stole the show. And I still stand for the watch that I defended against many other variations back then.

Although the regular Speedmaster Pro would do the job perfectly as a GADA watch for me, the Speedmaster Calibre 321 has a certain punch to it. Yes, I admire the Master Chronometer certification process and a Co-Axial escapement. However, if I must choose, I’d pick a 321 movement any day. I think it’s an incredibly handsome movement with lots of history. It might not be as accurate as the modern caliber 3861, but in this case, the aesthetics and history beat the technical specifications and innovations.

The AAA China super clone Omega Speedmaster Calibre 321 watches also has an incredibly comfortable bracelet with a timeless flat-link design. In addition, the bezel insert is ceramic, so it will remain scratch-free in the future. In combination with the sapphire crystal, it’ll keep the watch looking fresh.

A perfectly subtle and special piece

Admittedly, the Omega Speedmaster Calibre 321 is a hard watch to get, and if you can, it’s quite expensive (retail is €16,700 today). But I bought mine when it just came out in 2020, before all the price increases. However, despite the high price point (I don’t think I would have bought it at the retail price today), I feel very confident wearing it wherever I go. It will not be recognized by non-watch people (and, honestly, only very rarely by watch people), which is perfect.

In my opinion, the Swiss movements replica Omega Speedmaster Calibre 321 watches is the pinnacle of Omega’s achievements in recent years. Perhaps the movement is not as innovative as the caliber 3861, but being able to get the caliber 321 back to Omega (it was with Breguet for many years) and deciding to finally bring it back on the market after its discontinuation in 1968 is quite something.

The fact that Omega used the actual 105.003 from the last Apollo mission in 1972 to recreate the new Speedmaster Calibre 321 with its 39.7mm case makes it a perfect story as well. All these Calibre 321 models are assembled by hand in a special workshop in Biel, Switzerland. It’s a completely separate operation from the highly automated assembly line for nearly any other Omega fake watches for men.

This watch pays tribute to wholesale replica Omega Speedmaster watches legacy in the best way possible while being a modern watch that’s suitable for everyday wear. And for me, with the things I am doing (and not doing) daily, it’s the perfect GADA watch!

Different Ways To Customise Your AAA Perfect Fake OMEGA x Swatch MoonSwatch Watches UK

So you finally got your hands on the coveted high quality replica OMEGA x Swatch MoonSwatch watches. Congratulations! You either paid a lot of money on the secondhand market or you waited really long in line. Perhaps, you even flew abroad to much easier get your hands on this precious timepiece. No matter how you got there, we aren’t here to judge. We’re here to help. Customising your MoonSwatch is just about the hottest thing you can do since actually acquiring your MoonSwatch. Here’s how.

There’s nothing quite like adding your own personal touch to a timepiece. Maybe you pair your cheap UK Omega fake watches with a cute beaded bracelet to off-set your serious office look, or maybe you added a few diamonds to the dial to up the glam for your next evening gala. Customisation is the cherry on top of owning best Omega replica watches, and the cherry becomes even sweeter when it comes to a highly coveted timepiece.

Of course, the MoonSwatch isn’t your regular highly coveted timepiece. Launched last year, it is not a limited edition series, though it is sold only in limited amounts in select stores during certain periods. It was birthed through the collaboration of two of watchmaking’s greatest, top Omega copy watches and Swatch, who both normally play in very different fields of casual and luxury watchmaking.

Nevertheless, the collaboration was an instant hit. Even in Bangkok, queues outside Central World went around the block, as everyone wanted a piece of the space-inspired MoonSwatch. 11 unique 1:1 Omega replica watches make up the Bioceramic MoonSwatch Collection, with a special ‘Mission to Moonshine Gold’ edition launched in just a few countries. Designed to “reach for the planets” and inspired by various “missions” to the sun, the moon, and all of the planets in the solar system, it is a colourful collection that ranges from bright blues, yellows, and pinks, over to the very popular blacks, browns, and grey colour ways.

Yet selecting your chosen edition and bringing it home is only where the fun begins. Read on for how to give your MoonSwatch that extra pizzaz through customisation of straps and an interplay of colours, materials, and more.

How to customise your MoonSwatch like a pro

It starts with colour

The first step to finding the right MoonSwatch for your fit is working with colour. The AAA super clone Omega MoonSwatch collection watches offers plenty of room to play, as it is already available in 11 different colour ways. This is where you need to ask yourself the big questions: Will you accessorise with contrasting or complementary colours? Do you want to play it safe or surf along the edge of madness? Will you go for monotone or pattern prints?

Play it safe with monotone

Experimenting with colour can add a fresh mood and tone to your timepiece. One of the most popular editions is the black ‘Mission to the Moon’ MoonSwatch, which is often customised with a suave black strap. This adds an elevated aura to the 2023 replica Omega watches, compared to its original velcro strap, which can feel a little bulky.

In fact, taking the colour of the dial and applying it to the strap is a popular way to incorporate a sense of unity in your customisation. If you want to take things a little further, use the same tone as the chronograph display, as seen on the beautiful ‘Mission to Pluto’ MoonSwatch customisation below. The Bordeaux red chronograph is paired with a hatch grain Bordeaux red strap for a very chic new feel.

Get creative with contrast

Use the colour wheel to your advantage and experiment with colour blocking, and using contrasting colours for a bit of fun. The model below is the ‘Mission to Venus,’ which has been customised with a green fabric strap for a bold contrast and a youthful interplay with the pastel pink of the original case.

Dabble in prints

Perhaps you’re not quite ready to make a contrasting colour leap, or perhaps you want to get wacky with the leap you’ve already made. If you really dare, go for colourful prints or patterns on your strap and really stand out from the crowd. The ‘Mission to Uranus’ below is complemented by a rubber blue cameo strap for a touch of personality that seems to go well with pancakes.

If loud prints aren’t your thing, you can still get away with a touch of colour through subtle stripes. Below, the luxury fake Omega ‘Mission to Uranus’ MoonSwatch watches is customised with a fabric strap and a touch of bright orange. Simple, yet so effective, and wildly different in personality to the one above. See how fun this is?

Fabric, rubber, or leather?

Beyond the details in the dial, it is often the strap that provides the tell-tale for what kind of watch you’re wearing, or what kind of wearer the watch inhabits. Rubber straps are commonly used for dive Omega replica watches for sale, whilst leather straps are most commonly used for dress watches. Fabric falls into a fashionable in-between.

The MoonSwatch boasts a relatively large case with a 42mm diameter, making it easy to pair with any of these materials. Whilst the original velcro strap is sporty, it does feel a bit stiff, and wearers often change the strap for both comfort and customisation for a more balanced wrist look and feel.

Fabric doesn’t mean you’re soft

Fabric straps are extremely versatile, as there are so many fabrics to choose from, and so many ways the fabric can be manipulated. The ‘Mission to Mercury’ edition above is contrasted by a light brown/green leather strap, and conveys a sense of adventure.

Rubber rules

Normally, only James Bond wears a dive watch with a suit, so rubber straps for everyday use are best reserved for secret agents. However, in the case of the best quality fake Omega MoonSwatch watches, rubber straps seem to be the most popular.

Again, there is plenty of versatility with rubber, and it is the most fun material for experimenting with colour. The above ‘Mission to the Moon’ immediately stands out on the wrist with its daring red rubber strap, adding plenty of drama to your look.

There are also so many different types of rubber. Perlon, a type of nylon, is a beautiful way to incorporate rubber in a lesser obvious way. Below, the ‘Mission to the Sun’ edition catches a few extra rays with a strap suited to everyday wear.

Leather for the long run

Leather is applauded for its durability, and also for being one of the most classic types of online Omega replica watches straps. There is something extremely timeless about a leather strap, and something extremely nostalgic, too. Whilst it is more difficult to care for than rubber, adding a leather strap to your MoonSwatch will give it an air of sophistication.

The ‘Mission to Earth’ below sees a turquoise gaucho strap that beautifully complements the dark dial of the timepiece for a handsome look and feel.

Again, don’t be afraid to experiment with the different kinds of leather. If you want to keep things classic in colour, you can still play around with texture. Below, the ‘Mission to Jupiter’ boasts an ecru croco strap for a sense of jungle mystery — that still very much works in the city.

Where to shop MoonSwatch straps

There are many international online stores where you can order Swiss made Omega fake watches straps for your MoonSwatch.

Horus Watch Straps has an entire dedicated page to MoonSwatch straps, available in a huge range of colours (and patterns!), all in rubber. Meanwhile, Delugs also includes leather options, and suggested colour pairings for the uninitiated. Several of the examples featured in this piece hail from Jakarta-based Etsy store, Seventh Creation. The biggest variety of straps come from Australia-based Strapify, with over 800 straps to choose from, and a huge selection of materials.

If you’re looking to keep it local, Bangkok offers plenty of Swiss movements Omega replica watches straps in the leather department. Just check in with your local leather dealer, and be sure to opt for a 20mm strap width for the best pairing.

Apollo 13 — A Life-Saving Fourteen-Second Burn Timed With The Luxury Replica Omega Speedmaster Professional Watches UK

Fifty-three years ago, on April 11th, 1970, the Apollo 13 crew set course to the Moon. What NASA astronauts James Lovell (Commander), Jack Swigert (Command Module pilot), and Fred Haise (Lunar Module Pilot) couldn’t have known was that a major problem would occur just two days later. The top replica Omega Speedmaster Professional watches played a vital role in the crew’s safe return and has led to the highest award NASA can give to staff and contractors, the Silver Snoopy Award.

Apollo 13 and the Omega Speedmaster

All three astronauts were wearing their AAA UK fake Omega Speedmaster Professional 105.012 watches, supplied by them to NASA. It was the first “Professional” Speedmaster model that Omega produced. This made it slightly different from the Speedmaster that NASA had qualified in for manned space missions in 1965. Back in 1964, Omega submitted the Speedmaster 105.003 (third generation) to NASA for testing by NASA engineer James Ragan. Unlike the watches that Rolex, Longines-Wittnauer, and (later on) Bulova supplied to NASA, the Speedmaster withstood all tests.

However, at the same time, Omega also developed the “Professional” model with crown guards. This was the fourth generation of high quality Omega Speedmaster replica watches and had reference number 105.012. The caliber 321 inside of it was the same and remained in use until 1968.

A 14-second burn

On April 13th (10:08 PM EST), an accident occurred on board the Service Module. An oxygen tank exploded, leading to the abortion of the mission. This is where the famous “Houston, we’ve had a problem” quote comes from. The command center in Houston worked hard to get the crew back home safely. Swiger, Haise, and Lovell needed to relocate to the Lunar Module and, together with the command center, worked on several solutions to fix the problem(s) and save as much energy as possible. The 1995 movie Apollo 13, featuring Tom Hanks as Lovell, Kevin Bacon as Swigert, and Bill Paxton as Haise, brings you the full story of the accident and the problem-solving steps. If you haven’t watched it (yet), make sure to do so. I’ve noticed that Apollo 13 is always available on at least one of the usual streaming platforms (Apple TV, Amazon Prime, or Netflix).

Life-saving timekeeping

After fixing the pressing issues onboard the spacecraft, the next challenge was to get it back on the right course. It drifted off course by roughly 60 to 80 nautical miles during the problem-solving events. This would result in the module re-entering the Earth’s atmosphere at the wrong angle, with fatal consequences. The astronauts would need to manually control the spacecraft, readjusting it to the correct course. For this, a 14-second burn of fuel was required.

The timing of exactly 14 seconds was crucial. However, Jack Swigert could not rely on the digital timers onboard the spacecraft. Instead, he had to use his perfect copy Omega Speedmaster Professional 105.012-66 watches, serial number 69, to time 14 seconds using the chronograph function. Needless to say, it worked, and the crew returned safely, splashing down in the South Pacific Ocean on April 17th, exactly 142 hours and 54 minutes after the launch on April 11th.

Now, it might seem that just any watch can time 14 seconds flawlessly. Remember, though, that only the Omega Speedmaster survived NASA’s test, which simulated the abuse the Swiss movements Omega replica watches would receive during use in space.

Silver Snoopy Award

On October 5th, 1970, Omega received NASA’s prestigious Silver Snoopy Award for its contribution to the success of human space flight missions. This award, a certificate, and a silver Snoopy lapel pin can now be found in the Omega Museum in Biel, Switzerland.

Speedmaster Snoopy tributes

To commemorate this critical role, Omega has released three China super clone Omega Speedmaster Snoopy watches to date. The first was in 2003. It was a black-dial Speedmaster with Snoopy in the sub-dial at 9 o’clock and was a limited edition of 5441 pieces. A second tribute debuted in 2015, a white-dial Speedmaster with a Snoopy comic on the dial and a silver replica of the lapel pin on the case back. This was a limited edition of 1970 pieces. The last one came out in 2020. It featured a silver dial with blue sub-dials (Snoopy once more in the sub-dial at 9 o’clock) and an orbiting Snoopy on the case back. In the video above, I talk about all three wholesale replica Omega Speedmaster Snoopy watches.

The current Moonwatch is close to Apollo 13’s 105.012

Although you can find one of the three 2023 fake Omega Speedmaster Snoopy watches, they come with a hefty price tag on the pre-owned market. The current Omega Speedmaster Professional reference 310.30.42.50.01.001 was introduced in 2021 and underwent some changes compared to its predecessor. You can read all about the updates and changes in detail here. Although the most significant update took place under the dial of this watch with the switch to the new caliber 3861, the watch’s aesthetics go back a few generations. To the Speedmaster Professional 105.012, to be exact.

The case changed to the exact dimensions and lug shape of 105.012, which was already introduced in 2019 for the Apollo 11 limited editions. On the dial, there’s the famous “step,” and the chronograph seconds hand has the same shape as the one used on the caliber 321 models on the first few Speedmaster generations. I believe you can’t go wrong with any Swiss made replica Omega Speedmaster (Professional) watches. Still, when buying the current Moonwatch reference 310.30.42.50.01.001, you will have something very close to the watch that saved the Apollo 13 crew.

UK Best Online Omega Speedmaster Professional 145.022 Replica Watches

For many enthusiasts, vintage high quality replica Omega Speedmaster Professional watches is the way to go, despite the current Moonwatch ticking a lot of boxes as well. You should be able to find a nice Speedmaster Professional reference 145.022 for an attractive price, and this buying guide should help you with the things you need to know.

The Speedmaster Professional 145.022 is a sought-after reference that was in production for a long time (1968–1988). It consisted of several iterations, each with small updates. Today, we’ll guide you through the different iterations, how to distinguish them, and how to identify the production year.

Omega Speedmaster Professional 145.022

Let’s also make it clear right from the beginning that there was also a “transitional” model in 1968. This luxury UK Omega fake watches still had the aesthetics of caliber-321-powered Speedmaster ref. 145.012, but it had the new caliber 861 inside. This was the reference 145.022-68, the very first Speedmaster to have the caliber 861. It was a Lemania-based successor of the caliber 321 but with a shuttle cam instead of a column-wheel mechanism. This movement also had a higher operating frequency (21,600vph instead of 18,000vph), and it was just as reliable as the caliber 321.

Why is the Speedmaster Professional 145.022 in such high demand?

The perfect replica Omega Speedmaster Professional 145.022 watches is the reference that has quite a bit to offer. First of all, it is a vintage piece that is still reasonably affordable, depending on the production year and condition. Furthermore, there are a few variations, each of them making it an interesting piece for a collector.

You can go after a pre-Moon-landing model (1968–1969) or a post-Moon model (1969 and later). If you go the latter route, you can choose from a couple of different case backs that Omega used to indicate that the Speedmaster went to the Moon.

Near but not on the Moon

Officially, the 145.022 didn’t go to the Moon. In fact, Omega delivered its predecessors, the caliber-321-powered 105.012 and 145.012 as the official Moonwatches. Astronaut Ron Evans (pictured above) actually had a 145.022 onboard the Apollo 17 spacecraft for a heat-flow experiment. So it was never on the Moon, but it came very close. On the wrist of Ron Evans was, of course, a 145.012/105.012 with the caliber 321.

The 145.022 is interesting

So why not go after a 105.012 or 145.012? That has to do with the price, of course. Whereas the Swiss movements copy Omega Speedmaster Professional 145.022 watches is still relatively affordable, the prices of the 321-powered models are going up rapidly these days. You can read about that here, but a 145.012 in good condition will be difficult to source from a dealer below €10,000. Never mind the fact that finding an all-original model becomes even more difficult and expensive. The 145.022 is more readily available in untouched condition. And if you dig deep enough, you can even find one with a box and papers.

Speedmaster reference numbers and PIC codes

The production of the 145.022 ran well into the 1980s (in 1983, Omega changed to the new 145.0022 reference number). In 1988, Omega also started using different reference numbers or product identification codes (PIC), but the 145.022/145.0022 numbers were still on the inside of the case backs to indicate the case type. Omega’s PIC coding system meant that the reference for the Moonwatch was 3590.50 until 1996. You could say that things only changed after top Omega replica watches started using Super-LumiNova, a new bracelet, and the later caliber 1861 in 1996/1997. For this article, though, we’ll stick to the 145.022/145.0022 and keep the 3590.50 from 1988 (also with a new bracelet, ref. 1479) out of scope.

The condition makes it interesting

Another reason to go for a Speedmaster Professional 145.022 is that you can find them in your condition of choice. You’ll find everything from unworn to beaten-up examples without breaking the bank as you’d do with a 321 model. I tend to like my vintage 1:1 fake Omega watches a bit worn, showing signs of previous owners who had fun with them. You can also search for dials that have discolored a bit (or faded to brown entirely, although these fetch high prices these days). You’ll even find ones with blue or gray dials, but you will need to pay extra for those “features”. If the condition is important to you, the 145.022 is very interesting as you will even come across some hardly used sets from the early 1980s sometimes.

Omega caliber 861

Caliber 861 is the successor to the caliber 321 that Omega used in the Speedmaster from 1957 to 1968. One of the former Omega archivists told me that caliber 861 went into use in October 1968, but I cannot confirm this. Let’s just say that Omega introduced the movement in 1968. The brand did so for two reasons: it was more accurate than the caliber 321 that ticked at 18,000vph (instead of 21,600), and it was also cheaper to produce. The caliber 861 was also based on a Lemania movement, but instead of a column wheel, it used a shuttle cam for the chronograph operation. This new movement (with a different balance wheel, higher frequency, new construction, etc.) was the base for the movement that we still find in today’s AAA replica Omega Speedmaster Professional watches, the caliber 3861. Omega also started using the caliber 861 for other Speedmaster variations such as the Mark II in 1969.

Iterations

Over the years, the caliber 861 saw different iterations and variations. The first movements came with a steel brake, and in 1971, Omega started using the 861 with a Delrin brake. This brake was a nylon part that was more resistant to wear. There were also luxury-finished models, such as the 861L (above) and the later caliber 863. Other variations of the 861 were the chronometer-certified version (caliber 864) and the caliber 866 with a moonphase complication. Omega also used different reference numbers for these China Omega super clone watches, so they are not in the scope of this buying guide.

Variations of the Speedmaster Professional 145.022

There are a couple of different versions of the Omega Speedmaster Professional 145.022. If you are willing to also include gold and two-tone versions, it can get really interesting. In 1969, Omega introduced the often-discussed Speedmaster Professional Apollo XI commemorative edition, with a production run of only 1,014 pieces. This is also a reference 145.022, but it has a “BA” (yellow gold) prefix. You will find more information about this model in the article we did on all the gold Speedmaster Professional models. Then there is the two-tone model with “DD” before the reference number.

References

However, if we only look at stainless steel Omega replica watches for sale, you could say there are a number of versions:

    145.022-68 “Transitional“

    145.022-69

    145.022-71

    145.022-74

    145.022-76

    145.022-78

After that, in 1981, the 145.022 becomes the 145.0022 (but the case reference remained 145.022, to make it more confusing). The -XX indicates the production year of the case back. A common misconception is that this also indicates the exact production year of the entire watch. For example, the 145.022-69 was in production from 1969 to 1971.

How does it work?

The fact that a case back indicates 145.022-76 or -78, for example, does not mean that Omega did not produce any online fake Omega Speedmaster Professional 145.022 watches in 1977. Always refer to the serial/movement number (not to be confused with the caliber number) that is engraved on the movement. The 145.022-78 was replaced by the 145.0022 around 1981. On current models, you will find this serial number also on the inside of one of the lugs. Below is an example of my 3570.50 with the serial number on one of the lugs.

Extract of the Archives

Even with these serial or movement numbers, it can get quite tricky. Omega engraved the numbers during the production process of the movements, not during the final assembly of the watch. You can find a relatively accurate overview of Speedmaster serial numbers and matching production years here. Note, however, that it isn’t 100% accurate. For that, you will need to request an Extract of the Archives.

A movement might have been on the shelf for quite some time while lower numbers found their way into 2023 replica Omega watches. The only way to be certain about the production year of a Speedmaster is by using the Omega Museum website to request an Extract of the Archives. We did an in-depth write-up on these Extracts of the Archives from Omega.

Case backs, dials, and bracelets

The first 145.022, with the -68 indicator on the inside of the case back, is known as the transitional model. It had the new-style hands and caliber 861 but the dial with an applied Omega logo like the previous 321-powered models. In 1969, Omega started using the white printed logo on the dial. Those first dials still had the stepped sub-registers — the counters are somewhat deeper in the dial than on later models — and the appearance of those caliber 321 models except for the hands and logo.

Dials

Basically, the dials of the best quality fake Omega Speedmaster Professional 145.022 watches can be divided into two different variations — the step dial and the flat dial. The step dial comes close to the dial of the 145.012 and its predecessors, except for the differences in typography and the applied Omega logo (except for the transitional 145.022-68 reference). The 145.022-69 and 145.022-71 have the step dial. This is easy to distinguish as it divides the central part of the dial from the periphery where the minute track is. This flange disappeared with the 145.022-74.

From ref. 145.022-74 and onwards, the dial should be flat with no step. To make things a bit more complex, the 145.022-76 comes in a few different variants. They always have a flat dial, of course, but the “S” in “Speedmaster” can be slightly different (the later models have a longer “S”).

Speedmaster bezels

The abbreviation “DON” has become one of the Speedmaster buzzwords in just a few years. Back when nobody could’ve cared less but just wanted to have a decent-looking bezel, a lot of these DON bezels were replaced. I plead guilty as well. DON stands for Dot Over Ninety, of course, and indicates a certain time frame for the production and use of these bezels. For the 145.022 references, the DON bezels were only used for the 145.022-68 Transitional and the 145.022-69 (but not all of them). Later on, starting with the 145.022-71, the dot was located next to the ninety (in the upper-right corner).

Dot Next To Ninety bezels

You can also identify them by the dot near the 70. DON bezels have the dot located at the lower-right side of the 70, and the later 145.022 references had the dot next to the 70 (in the middle). However, not every 145.022-69 was delivered with a DON bezel, there are also 145.022-69 references that had the non-DON bezel (if that makes sense). So don’t stare blindly at the bezel when it concerns a 145.022-69. The DON bezels also had an “È” instead of an “E” in “TACHYMÈTRE”. Keep in mind, however, that if your reference/serial number should have a DON bezel and it doesn’t, these parts have become crazily expensive.

Misprinted 220 bezels

There is one bezel that is perhaps even more interesting than a DON bezel for a Speedmaster 145.022-69 — the “220” bezel from 1970 only. This bezel was a misprint by Omega. Where the tachymeter should have said “200” — let’s say at three-thirty — it said “220”. You can find more information about these 220 bezels here and more about wholesale Omega Speedmaster replica watches bezels in general here.

Case backs

I already touched on the subject of case backs above, but in general, there were four different case backs for the Speedmaster Professional 145.022:

Case back with seahorse and “Speedmaster” writing (145.022-68/-69)

Case back with straight “First Watch Worn On The Moon” writing (145.022-69, 1970–1973)

Case back with straight “First Watch Worn On The Moon – Apollo XI 1969” writing (145.022-69, 1971/1972)

Case back with “Flight-Qualified by NASA For All Manned Space Missions” writing (145.022-71/-78)

Then there’s a fifth version, but it’s so rare that we don’t consider it part of the normal collection:

Case back with no engraving “No NASA” (145.022-71)

Engravings

Let me start by saying that the straight-writing case backs are the rare ones, especially the ones with “Apollo XI 1969” engraved in them as well. These are more or less the same as the gold BA145.022 Speedmaster Professional Apollo XI (the one with the burgundy bezel, remember?) case back with the “Apollo XI 1969” engraving.

The straight-writing case backs are the most sought-after ones, but please note that a number of these different case backs were used in the same period or at least with overlap.

Pre-Moon case back

The plain case back with only a seahorse and “Speedmaster” writing is considered the “Pre-Moon” case back, although this design was used for the 145.022-69 until 1971 when Omega fake watches site started using the 145.022-71 reference number sometime during that year.

Speedmaster bracelets

When it comes to Speedmaster bracelets, we could write a separate book on those. Let’s keep it short and simple, though, and not make rocket science out of it (as it wasn’t for Omega at the time). Several different bracelets have been used for the Speedmaster Professional 145.022, from reference 1039 with flexible links (until 1971) to the most famous “145.022” bracelet, reference 1171. You will also come across bracelets with reference numbers 1116 (very similar to the 1990s reference 1479) and 1175 (similar to 1171).

Holzer and the 1171/1 bracelet

Then there is the Holzer bracelet, which looks a bit different. It was produced in Mexico with a local supplier (Holzer) and was used as a standard bracelet in the 1980s (and also to replace the original 1171 bracelet during service). These 1171/1 bracelets use pins stead of screws.

What to pay and where to look?

The price you’ll pay for a Speedmaster Professional 145.022 greatly depends on the condition but also on the variation or specifics of the replica Omega watches paypal. A Speedmaster Professional 145.022 with a tropical dial (see below) will fetch more than one without, and a Speedmaster 145.022-78 with a box and papers in New Old Stock condition will be more expensive than a worn-out Speedmaster 145.022-69 with a straight text engraving. Websites or apps like Chrono24 are useful to determine the price of a watch. However, there’s often a difference between the asking prices and the actual transaction price. A website like WatchCharts shows transaction data when it comes to prices.

Buying tips

The best buys I’ve gotten for Omega Speedmaster fake watches shop, including the 145.022 models, were on eBay or through people offering them directly to me. Another great alternative is to keep track of the sales sections on Omega Forums, where you will often buy a Speedmaster from another collector or enthusiast. You can also try your luck at auctions, but Speedmasters are popular, and you’ll have to pay a premium (20–25%) to the auction house on top of the hammer price. You’ll also find many Omega Speedmaster Professional 145.022 models on Chrono24. By using the site’s escrow service, you have some protection as a buyer as well.
